There is no strict Academic Requirement for this Programme as it is a Non-Credit Bearing Programme. However, Students are expected to have working experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager.

Visa requirements

UK VISA

If you need a Standard Visitor visa, you must apply online before you travel to the UK and attend an appointment at a visa application centre.

The earliest you can apply is 3 months before you travel but you can apply 1 month at the latest

You must meet the eligibility requirements and only do permitted activities.

Depending on your nationality, you may not need a visa to visit the UK. If you do not need a visa, you’ll either:

1.) have to apply for an electronic travel authorisation (ETA), which allows you to visit the UK for up to 6 months

2.) be able to visit the UK for up to 6 months without needing a visa or an ETA

Visa fees

You can apply for a Standard Visitor visa, or if you visit the UK regularly you can choose to apply for a long-term Standard Visitor visa instead.

Fees and Length of stays

£115 for 6 months visa
£432 for 2-year visa (6 months per visit)
£771 for 5-year visa (6 months per visit)
£963 for 10-year visa (6 months per visit)

Documents and information you’ll need to apply

You must have a passport or travel document that is valid for the whole of your stay in the UK. There must be a blank page in your passport for your Standard Visitor visa.

You’ll need to provide the following information in your online application:

1.) The dates you’re planning to travel to the UK
2.) Where you’ll be staying during your visit
3.) How much you think your trip will cost
4.) Your current home address and how long you’ve lived there
5.) Your parents’ names and dates of birth (if known)
6.) How much you earn in a year (if you have an income)
7.) Details of any criminal, civil or immigration offences you may have committed

Depending on your circumstances, you might also need to provide:

1.) Details of your travel history for the past 10 years
2.) Your employer’s address and telephone number
3.) Your partner’s name, date of birth and passport number
4.) The name and address of anyone paying for your trip
5.) The name, address and passport number of any family members you have in the UK
6.) A certificate proving that you’ve had a tuberculosis (TB) test if you’re visiting for more than 6 months

You need to provide additional documents if you’re visiting the UK:

1.) To study
2.) As an academic
3.) For certain paid engagements or events

We recommend you apply at least three months before the programme starts to guarantee your place. The application form will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes to complete.

We'll acknowledge receipt of your application by email within 48 hours, if it's received during normal working hours (Mon-Fri – 09:00-18:00 GMT). We will review and respond to your application within two working days. We do this in order of receipt and acceptance is not automatic.

Yes. We can hold a provisional place for you for up to two weeks, but be aware that completed applications take priority and programmes often fill up several months in advance. You can reserve a place online, by phone or by email.

The programme is taught in English, so a good working knowledge of the language is essential. If English is not your first language, we may ask you for evidence of your proficiency.
